As one of the first hires of a multi-billion dollar AI company, I helped grow the human data department from a team of 15 to 1500+ strong. Managing a team constantly at the front of innovation requires an intimate knowledge on the inner workings of RLHF and LLM training, but also how to properly translate and teach it to others new to the industry.

This super-powered legal assistant is built on the power of generative AI with secure guardrails to support legal transactions. She is trained on a host of legal models to help users extract, review, and even draft contracts, memos, and regulatory updates.

This version can be used on Microsoft Word, allowing users to use their preferred systems while taking advantage ContractPodAi’s proprietary technology.

Writing about a product requires intimate knowledge regarding, not only the features being released, but also the company’s overall messaging and mission. Below includes a variety of documents that I have written to drive corporate storytelling. Each of the attached have been used in ContractPodAi’s marketing campaigns (e.g. social media channels, website, digital ads, email marketing, etc.) and continues to be used in the company’s internal knowledge database.

The following pieces are I wrote for ContractPodAi, based on interviews with the company’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Their respective stories were garnered by reviewing an aggregation of hundreds of data points from user data, revealing compelling stories (e.g. while supporting 10,000 employees, HAYS’s legal team of 12 was able to process 81 contracts per week in 2022 through ContractPodAi’s contract solution).
