As one of the first hires of a multi-billion dollar AI company, I helped grow the human data department from a team of 15 to 1500+ strong. Managing a team constantly at the front of innovation requires an intimate knowledge on the inner workings of RLHF and LLM training, but also how to properly translate and teach it to others new to the industry.
